Sheet Pan Vegetable Soup

This might sound boring, but it’s anything but.

The crispy bacon crackers on top… the creamy soup… it’s delicious. The toppings really make it, in my opinion, but the soup itself is so good on its own.

We used half and half, but any milk works. It will just make it more or less creamy.

You can add more broth to make it thinner, or less to make it thicker. It’s your soup, so adjust to what you prefer.

This one would also be great with grilled cheese, but personally I would rather just eat a pound of the bacon crackers on top.
