A classic that just feels right. Every Italian makes it slightly different and every Italian says theirs is the best and I am no exception. Please make it and you be the judge!

With soup, I always suggest cooking the pasta separately and adding it as you eat to avoid soggy pasta if you are planning on having leftovers.
