Super-food Chocolate Pudding

Guys, I swear this is the real deal. This chocolate pudding is fluffy, sweet and delicious and the main ingredient is avocado! Coming into the New Year I am with the rest of the population and trying to chill out with the sweets. I was NEVER a sweet person, I would always grab a bowl of pasta and a peice of bread, that was my weakness but then I had my daughter. I don’t really know what happened but I had severe Hyperemesis Gravidarum and literally ate nothing for the majority of my pregnancy (shout out to my PICC line) but the second she was born the only thing on my mind was sweets. Fast forward eight months and I have a serious sweet tooth.

Back to the point, this recipe is soooo good, soooo easy, no added sugar and cures any dessert craving. I loved it, my kid was all about it and my husband had no idea it wasn’t normal chocolate pudding.

Make it, its life-changing.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium avocados
  • 1/2 C Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 C Raw honey
  • 1/2 C Almond milk
  • Spoonful Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Cocoa nibs (optional garnish)

Directions:

Throw it all in your blender and mix it up, THAT’S IT!
